allow a mechanism for developers to reply to review feedback.
I often see people using the review system instead of contacting support for help. However, there is no way to respond to these "reviews".

I'm the same idea: we must have the possibility to explane the application if some users don't undertand it, couse they even think that there is a problem with the application and not they aren't able to use it.
